Corporate Concierge has created a beautifully designed, user-friendly platform that guides you through the relocation process. It can stand alone as a resource that will provide all the necessary information for a successful Bermuda move or it can be used to compliment our one-to-one relocation consultant experience.

How will the relocation portal support me?

The portal serves as a bank of extensive, easily accessible, up to date and accurate information that streamlines the relocation experience. It provides a wealth of information specifically relating to the Bermuda relocation process. It helps you plan for an international move, guides you through the various stages and provides helpful information that is necessary to your relocation. Having this information at your fingertips takes the anxiety out of an international move. It helps you prepare for Bermuda, appropriately sets expectations and gives you all the inside information you need to know. All questions we have been asked by clients moving to Bermuda over the past ten years, are now answered on the portal.

Will I be provided with a tutorial on how to use the relocation portal?

Pre-Arrival: A one hour initial consultation to guide you through the portal, answer specific questions you may have about your move, point you in the right direction.
Post-Arrival in Bermuda: A one hour consultation to provide additional insight and support you through any difficulties you may be experiencing.

How do I access the relocation portal?

Access to the portal is most beneficial at the time of your work permit or one year residency permit application submission, although access can be gained at any time. The first step is to contact Sylvia Jones - sj@corporateconcierge.bm to request an online application. Once completed and returned to Corporate Concierge, a unique profile will be set up for you and access to the portal will be granted once payment is received. The portal provides easy access from any desktop or mobile device. Once you have accessed the portal, Corporate Concierge then contacts you to set up an initial ‘Welcome to Bermuda’ call. At this time, a Relocation Consultant will guide you through the portal, answer any immediate questions you may have regarding your move. Right from the start you will have peace of mind knowing that your transition to Bermuda is supported by the a team of experts.

Portal Rates

Individual relocation portal access fee includes:

-       Two private consultations with a relocation expert (Pre- and Post-Arrival)

-       Up to three hours of virtual support on the portal

-       Complimentary access for spouse or partner

-       Invitations to our Concierge Circle events introducing you to other expats in Bermuda

Group Rate: This is priced per person, based on five subscriptions within a twelve month period. Ideal for New Business Permit Holders. Each person receives all of the individual rate benefits.

Company-wide rate: This is an annual subscription for an unlimited number of expat users. A useful resource for expats already on island; those new to Bermuda receive the individual rate benefits. Ideal for new start-ups and accounting firms.
