We will facilitate your lease termination so that you meet the requirements for the return of your deposit. We will prepare a Departure Timeline for you once we have coordinated the packers, cleaners, painters, shippers and final destination arrangements. If you will be vacating your property prior to your departure from the island we will arrange temporary accommodation for you as well as booking your airport transfer. We will arrange the disconnection of all your utilities, cancellation of club memberships, account closures and final payments where permitted.
